It’s the most wonderful time of the year and we thought wouldn’t it be nice to elevate our cheese and charcuterie skills with The Cheese Box Co.!

This instructional experience with Holly will teach you how to shop and selecting a well-rounded variety of cheeses, how to cut and style cheeses and charcuterie, creating pairings within the board, and the use of color theory and principles of design to create a beautifully styled board, as well as fun cheese facts AND enjoy a glass of wine while you are building your creation!

Includes an 8″ board, three types of cheeses, charcuterie, fruit, an assortment of sweet and savory accompaniments to style your board, and a 10 oz. glass of either rosé, chardonnay, or pinot noir.
